PR: The Greatest Show On Earth

This is a blog that “gathers the light” about a very important and misunderstood institution: public relations. The blog takes the position that public relations is the propagation of awe, entertainment — drama. And it always has been since the messianic days of St. Paul, to the Catholic Reformation popes’ hired guns, Michelangelo and Bernini, to the circuses and freak shows of P.T. Barnum — and right up through our own version of Shock and Awe.
